Top Podcasts June 2017
Podcasts are an amazing way to absorb information while on the go. Not only are they generally free entertainment, but the inherent grass roots nature of podcasting means you are getting information before it is watered down to fit a mainstream media profile. The relatively short length of most podcasts also means you get undiluted information right from the source without added filler
Below are the top podcasts taking over my daily commute and gym time.
I think it is fair to say that I am partial to my own show, but don’t feel comfortable putting it in my top podcast list even if is my favorite. Why not give us a listen?
Sales and selling tends to fill my calendar, so I don’t normally watch/listen to many sales podcasts, but The Sellout Show is a rare exception. This one is on YouTube, so you won’t find it on iTunes, but it is worth the trip.
Diana and Shawn know their stuff, and their amazing attitude is infectious. They do an amazing job of breaking things down without taking themselves to seriously. Their personalities sell the show, the useful and actionable information keeps you coming back.
Although they aren’t pushy “Always be closing” types, it is plain to see that these two know what they are talking about and clearly speak from experience. They are not just talking the talk, that walk has most definitely been walked.
While working to publish my first set of books, I absolutely devoured many books and podcasts on self-publishing. This amazing show is one of my go-to’s. You get to learn from the ultra-successful Mark Dawson as he breaks down how he has achieved his own success. The amount of information given away for free here is amazing!
Here is another one that gives a ton of value away for free. You may recognize Chalene Johnson from her fitness infomercials. She has found amazing success in her own businesses and has chosen to give back to the public. She is a wealth fo knowledge and is not afraid to share her secrets to success with her listeners.
As one of the founders of Quest Nutrition, Tom Bilyeu knows a thing or two about success. He is determined to break out of “The Matrix” and grow beyond his own potential. I started watching Tom’s Inside Quest (one of my top podcasts of 2015 and 2016) show a couple of years back which later evolved into Impact Theory. His guests are a who’s who of thought leaders, entrepreneurs, authors, athletes and more. They share their stories and secrets to success with Tom and his listeners/viewers. This is another must listen!
The list goes on, but there are so many hours in the day to listen. I hope you gain knowledge and insight as you enjoy these shows!
